WB College Centralized Admission in 2024-25 through www.wbcap.in (Coming Soon): The WB Centralised Admission Portal (WBCAP) released its first merit list at 10 AM on July 12, 2024. Log in to www.wbcap.in to view the list and apply. In both Reserved and Unreserved categories, students must choose one seat. Merit-listed students should also visit the college’s website.
Candidates may view their provisional admission receipt from their dashboard after paid the admission fee by July 18, 2024.
Applications for the WB Centralised Admission Portal closed on July 7, 2024. Since June 24, 2024, students could apply through the portal.
This year Centralized Admission is going start from June 2024 for UG Courses such as BA / BSc / BCom in Colleges under West Bengal Higher Education Department. Students who have passed the Higher Secondary (HS) Exam, can apply online through the official portal www.wbcap.in maintained by the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education (WBSCHE). Some colleges are not under the Centralized Admission, so you need to fill up the form through their independent website.

Simple three steps to be followed for Admission Portal Form fill up:
- Create your Own Profile: Enter your Personal Data and Upload documents.
- Check Eligibility Criteria: Choose the Institution and check the Eligibility before applying.
- Add to Preference List: In case you are eligible, then hit the “Add to Preferred List” button.

Why Do I need a Pin to Access the Site?
The website is under development. So, if you visit stage.wbcap.in, it will show the message, “To access this site, you need to verify with a security pin.“
But, once the form fill up starts, the website will be accessible to the students through – www.wbcap.in. You need not have any pin to access the site.
