If u get NC in 1st year or 2nd year than you need to reappear for the paper and for that you need to fill the Exam form at the time of filling next year exam form. If you get NC in one subject in 3rd year then you need to apply for transferring numbers from your another good scored subject which will help to clear the NC paper. You can apply for that from your study center. If NC comes in more than one paper in 3rd year than students need to re appear the subjects in next year. Students need to score minimum 35% in each paper to clear the exam.

NSOU BDP Progress Card

Progress Card is nothing but the Marksheet issued by the Netaji Subhas Open University for the students after qualifying their UG / PG Examination. After the BDP Examination is conducted by the WBNSOU, the authority releases the result of the examination.
