Stage-II: Further Rounds Based on Institution Type
A) Institutions Requiring Descriptive Written Test (DWT) + Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
Applicable for Posts in Institutions Under Sl. No.: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 & 17.
Exam Components:
- Descriptive Written Test (DWT) + Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – 50 Marks (Qualifying in nature)
- Qualifying Criteria: Must score at least 30% (15 out of 50) to proceed to Interview
Candidate Selection Process:
- 1:10 Ratio → 10 times the number of vacancies are selected for DWT & CPT
- 1:6 Ratio → From qualified candidates, 6 times the vacancies are selected for Interview
B) Institutions Not Requiring Descriptive Written Test (DWT)
Applicable for Posts in Institutions Under Sl. No.: 8, 12, 15 & 16
Selection Based On:
- 1:6 Ratio → Top candidates from On-Line CBT (6 times the vacancies) are called for Interview
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) Conducted on Interview Day
Grading:
- A (Excellent)
- B (Fair)
- C (Bad)
Impact: Considered in Interview but not in Final Merit List
Final Merit List Calculation
Total Score = On-Line CBT Marks + Interview Marks
Recommendation: Candidates are recommended for final selection based on merit
Panel List: A reserve panel of candidates will be maintained for 1 year
Document Verification
- Candidates shortlisted for Interview/Viva Voce must: Produce original documents & testimonials and Submit two sets of self-attested photo copies.
- Failure to provide documents will lead to disqualification.
