As per the employment advertisement no.11 of 2023 issued by Odisha Public Service Commission online application has been invited from eligible graduate candidates having passed Odia as a subject till middle school for the admission to the OCS Preliminary Written Examination.

OPSC Civil Service Admit Card 2023 Exam Date Odisha OCS Hall Ticket Publishing Expected Date Mains Prelims

Each candidate must download the Admission Certificate from the Official Website of Odisha Public Service Commission for appearing in the Odisha Civil Service Examination (OCS 2023). We will embed the download the link of the OPSC Civil Service Admit Card 2023 once the same is released officially.

Importance of OPSC Civil Service 2023 Admit Card

The Admission Certificate or the Admit Card of the Preliminary Examination of Odisha Public Service Commission for the posts of Category- I and II will be uploaded in the website of OPSC prior to the Preliminary Examination. The candidates successfully submitting the online application along with the fees within the specified time limit will be issued with an OPSC Civil Service Admit Card 2023. 1. Preliminary Exam – 400 Marks.
2. Mains Exam – 2600 Marks,
3. Personality Test – 250 Marks.

Paper-I

• Indian Polity and Governance – Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.
• Economic and Social Development Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc.
• General issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialization.
• Current events of national and international importance.
• History of India and Indian National Movement.
• History of Odisha and Odia Nationalism
• Odisha and Indian Geography – Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World.
• General Science.

Paper-II

• Decision-making and problem-solving
• General mental ability
• Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X level), Data
• Date Interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. – Class X level)
• Comprehension
• Interpersonal skills including communication skills
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability

Main Exam Syllabus & Marks:

1. Compulsory Paper – 1400 Marks (5 Papers),
2. Optional Paper –  1200 Marks (4 Papers).

The date of the Odisha Civil Service Preliminary Examination has not been declared yet. How to Download the opsconline.gov.in Civil Service Admit Card 2023

Candidates may need to follow the below steps in order to download the OPSC Civil Service Admit Card –

1. Visit the Official Website www.opsconline.gov.in.
2. Then search for the Civil Service Exam 2023.
3. Visit the “Admit Card” Section.
4. After that, enter your roll number or registration number and then enter password.
5. Click on download button.
6. Your Odisha Civil Service Admit Card will start downloading.

After you have downloaded your call letter, you should check all the information present in the admit card.

OCS Prelims Admit Card Expected Publishing Date 2023

When the Admission Certificate is uploaded in the OPSC website (as specified above) the applicants are required to download it and take a print of it in a paper and carry it to the examination hall on the date of the Prelims as no candidate will be allowed to appear for the test without possessing it.
