Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Kharagpur College
- HS examination pass with minimum 45% marks in the aggregate or 50% marks in the Subject or Related Subject to apply for admission in Honours Course except English (Hons.).
- In addition to clause (i), any student seeking admission with Economics (Hons.) or Accountancy (Hons.) must have obtained 45% marks in Mathematics in Secondary/Madhyamik examination or passed Mathematics at HS examination.
- Students seeking admission in Physics (Hons.) and Chemistry (Hons.) must have obtained 60% marks in Mathematics in HS examination.
- Pass marks in at least five subjects to apply for both Honours and General Courses.
- Students passing HS examination in 2020, 2019 & 2018 can only submit their application forms online.
