Eligibility criteria for Islampur College Admission 2021

The eligibility criteria for the Islampur College Merit List 2021 candidates opting for Honours programme will be purely on the basis of merit. For the General Course, the seats will be filled up on first come first serve basis. The Islampur College Merit List 2021 for the candidates seeking admission to the Honours course will be calculated using the formula :

  • Merit = 2S + T/6

Where, T= Marks acquired in English + marks acquired in the opted Honours subject + best marks of two other subjects (Except EVS), S = Marks got in the opted Honours subject.

In case the candidate didn’t have the subject opted for Islampur College Merit List 2021 Honours course in the Higher Secondary level examination then the Islampur College Final Merit List 2021 will be prepared on the basis of the formula given below –

  • Merit = T /4 T

Where T stands for the marks obtained in English + best of three other subjects (except EVS).
