BCKV Admission Eligibility Criteria 2024
For WBCHSE & Other Boards, Following Eligibility Criteria is required –
- Higher Secondary passed (10+2) with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- At least 50% of mark in aggregate in the aforesaid 4 (four) subjects for General/OBC/Sports Quota Candidates and 40% for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
For WBSCVE&T (Vocational stream), Eligibility criteria is –
- 12th Pass with English, Biology (Compulsory elective), Physics or Chemistry (optional elective), and 2 (two) vocational papers from any of the Groups – Cultivation of Fruits & Vegetable / Horticulture / Crop Management / Plant Management.

The university will prepare the BCKV Merit List 2024 based on the 12th marks of the applicants. Furthermore, it will not be issued individually to the contenders. The Bidhan Chandra Agriculture University Merit list along with admission/verification schedule will be displayed in the Notice Board of the Admission and Scholarship Section at Mohanpur Campus. It will also be displayed in the University Website www.bckv.edu.in. Based on the BCKV Merit List 2024, counselling will be done and thereafter, admission will be given to candidates.
