Vacancy:
Total number of vacancy for the post of VRS has been declared as 550.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for VRP – Candidates must have passed 10th / madhyamik for applying to the post. Those who are the resident of the blocks mentioned in their recruitment advertisement of the North 24 parganas district, can only apply for the same block.

Salary Structure:
Recruited VRP or Village Resource Persons will be paid for per day. No pay scale system will be provided to them. There is no fixed salary for them also.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
There will be no written exam. Candidates will be VRP Recruitment in North 24 Parganas on the basis of academic score and oral / viva exam. Admit card for the exam will not be issued. Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years.
Upper age limit has not been decided by the District Collector & Magistrate Office.
Age relaxation will be given for the SC ST candidates.
