Following posts will be recruited in UP District Health & Family Welfare dept –
Health worker Swasthya Karyakarta (male/female) – 5628 posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Health worker / Swasthya Karyakarta – candidates must have passed 12th Class or XII (10+2). 2 years woman health worker training may also be required. Detailed eligibility criteria is given on the official notification.

Monthly Salary for UP Health Worker posts:
Recruited Health worker will be given monthly salary on the pay band consisting of Basic Pay : Rs. 5,200 – 20,200 and Grade Pay in of Rs 2000. Other allowances will be included in their monthly salary.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 37 years,
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of Uttar Pradesh DHFWS Dept. Age will be calculated as per their reference date.
