Before applying for Ramakrishna Mission GNM Nursing Course candidates must have knowledge about the Eligibility Criteria of the nursing course. Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria of the GNM nursing under Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan, Sishu Mangal Hospital.
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply for this course.
- The minimum age of the candidates must be 17 years and maximum age must be 27 years as on 1st January, 2024.
- Candidates must have qualified Higher Secondary (HS) or any equivalent examination with minimum 55% for General candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates.
- The percentage will be calculated on the basis of 2 compulsory language subjects including English and other best of three subjects excluding Environmental Science.
- Only Indian citizens with permanent domiciles of West Bengal can apply for the course.
- Candidates who have completed their 12th from any Open school or have pursued their course from Vocational stream are not eligible to apply for the course.

Candidates will be selected on basisa of their HS percentage and the selected candidates will be called for written test, interview and medical checkup. The first payment of the course is 49,500 including admission fee, tution fee, messing charges and other charges. After that candidates have to pay 48,00o every year.
