Following posts will be recruited in Punjab Jail Police Department-
Warder (male) – 210 posts,
Matron (female) – 57 posts.

Monthly Salary for Punjab Police Warder / Matron:
Recruited Warder Matron will be given monthly salary on the pay band consisting of Basic Pay : Rs. 10,300 – 34,800 and Grade Pay of Rs.3,200. Other allowances will be included in their monthly salary.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 25 years.
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of Punjab Police. Age will be calculated as on 1-1-2024.
