Office & accounts assistant and mktg representatives vacancy in NFL
National Fertilizers Limited has released official advertisement for the post of office assistants grade III, accounts assistants and marketing representatives in 2024. Vacancy for 78 posts has been published on their notification. NFL is a Miniratna Public Service Undertaking (PSU) of central govt which will recruit candidates for the Nangal, Bathinda, Panipat, Vijaipur, C.O Noida and Marketing Divisions in Punjab, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh (MP) State.

Following posts are there in NFL, please see the post wise vacancy as given –
1) Office assistant grade-III – 20 posts,
2) Accounts assistant – 28 posts,
3) Marketing assistant – 30 posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for NFL posts –
For Office assistants candidates must have done graduation in any subject.
For accounts assistants – Candidates should possess B.Com or graduation in commerce.
For marketing representatives – B.Sc in agriculture is the minimum eligibility criteria for applying to the post.

Salary Structure:
Salary will be different for according to the posts. For post 1 and 2, the recruited staffs will be paid on the pay scale of Rs 9,000 – 16,400. Mktg. representatives will be paid basic scale of Rs 9,500 – 19,500. There has been no mention of grade pay, but other allowances will be included in their monthly salary.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
Written exam will be conducted for the purpose of recruitment in various posts in NFL. No interview will be there. Syllabus of the written / online test has been given on their official advertisement.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = not mentioned.
Upper Limit = 30 years.
Relaxation in upper age limit will be given to the reserved category candidates. Age will be calculated as on last date of application form fill up.
Exam Fee:
General and OBC candidates – Rs 200.
SC ST Candidates – Nil.
