Control Room, Junior System & Watchman/ cleaning assistant Vacancy in MSPCL – Manipur 2024
Manipur State Power Company Limited through their recruitment advertisement no MSPCL / 592-99 dated 11-05-2024 has notified that vacancy for various posts will be filled up for 2024. Control Room assistant, Junior System assistant and Watchman cum cleaning assistants will be recruited for which total 680 suitable candidates will be required. Details of the post and vacancy:
There will be 1 class III and 2 class IV posts for this MSPCL Recruitment. Post wise vacancy break up list has been given below –
1) Control Room assistant – 240 posts,
2) Junior System assistant – 210 posts,
3) Watchman cum cleaning assistant – 230 posts.
Reservation for SC ST candidates will be there for the above posts.
Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for MSPCL posts –
For all the 3 posts candidates must have done Matriculation / HLSC (10th / 12th) or equivalent from any recognized institution. But for post no 1 they should possess Electrician / Wireman trade certificate or higher from a recognized institution (ITI degree).

Salary Structure:
Control Room Assistants (class III) will be paid in the pay scale of Rs 5,200 – 20,200 with grade pay of Rs 1,900.
For posts 2 and 3 (class IV), the monthly salary will be in the scale of Rs 4,440 – 7,440. But their grade will be different and they are Rs 1,650 for Post 2 and Rs 1,300 for Post 3.
Other allowances will also be included in their monthly salary as per the rules of MSPCL.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
Post of Control room assistant will be filled up through direct MSPCL Recruitment. For the other two posts, personality tests will be conducted which will be of 100 marks exam. For post no 1, the candidates will be selected on the basis of academic score and degrees they possess. There will be personality test of 20 marks also. Merit list will be created on 100 marks basis.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 38 years.
Age will be calculated as on 1-06-2016. SC ST category candidates will be given relaxation in upper age limit.
Exam Fee:
General Candidates – Rs 200.
SC ST Candidates – Rs 50.
PH Candidates are exempted from fee payment.
The application fee is to be paid in cash to the receipt/ issue counters of MSPCL.
