Military Engineering Services 2024, apply online for MES store keeper, peon and other posts – job details
Military Engineering Services (M.E.S) has issued recruitment notification for various posts in employment news. MES have stated that around 463 vacant seats will be filled up from all India level.
So, the candidates who are interested in the challenging job in this service of Indian Defence, can apply for the same as per their instructions. Please find the detailed advertisement information below –

Civil Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) – 81.
Chowkidar – 85.
Safaiwala – 49.
Meter Reader – 52.
Caneman – 24.
Store Keeper-II – 86.
Peon – 86.

Important Dates of Recruitment:
Last date for application submission – 19-04-2024 & for remote areas 26-04-2024 by 5pm.
Educational Qualification Required:
Candidates should have passed 10th class or Matriculation and they must have valid driving license to apply for the post of Civil Motor Driver (ordinary grade).
For meter reader one must possess 12th / Higher Secondary Pass certificate.
Matriculation or ITI is required to apply for the post of Cane man.
For the other posts 10th pass is the minimum educational eligibility required.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years.
Upper Limit = 27 years.
Age relaxation is as follows-
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
3 years for OBC or Other Backward Class Candidates.
10 years for physically handicapped candidates.
Exam Date:
The exam may be held on 24-07-2024 as per their notification. Please note that the date is tentative. The M.E.S recruitment board may change it accordingly.
