Candidates must have passed B.Tech or B.E in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (AE)
Junior Engineer:
Diploma in Civil /Mechanical Engineering is must for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE)

Karnataka AE JE Monthly Salary 2024:
Recruited Assistant Engineer & Junior Engineer (AE & JE) will be paid in the pay scale / band as decided by the Karnataka PSC authority. Other allowances may be included in their monthly salary.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 / 21 years,
Upper Limit = 35 years.
Upper age relaxation may be provided to all the reserved category candidates (SC ST OBC Physically Handicapped) including ex-serviceman as per the norms of KPSC AE JE Recruitment Notification. Age will be calculated as per their reference date.
