JEE Main 2024 Exam Application Form Eligibility Criteria Form Correction: Joint Entrance Exam Main Exam 2024 will be conducted at the national level by CBSE on 08.04.23 (in pen & paper mode) & on 15.04.23 (in computer based mode). CBSE will issue admit cards to the candidates who will successfully submit their application form. Candidates should apply online within the dates JEE Main 2024 mentioned in the application brochure. Aadhar Card or Aadhar number is mandatory for filling the application form 2024. Candidates can apply for JEE Exam 3 times. Candidates who have passed or are appearing for 12 exam can apply for JEE Exam 2024. Application form correction can also be done within the due date.
Eligibility Criteria
JEE Main 2024 eligibility criteria includes parameters related to age, qualifying examination & marks etc.
Age limits
Candidates must be born on or after 01.10.1993 (or be 25 years old). For SC/ST/ PwD candidates the upper age limit has been relaxed by 5 years.
JEE Main Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent from a recognized institution/ university. Candidates appearing 12th or in Class 12 or equivalent test in 2024 can also apply.
Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 5 subjects. There is no pass percentage prescribed by CBSE to apply for the exam.
Eligibility criteria For IITS, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs:
General candidates must have secured minimum 75% marks or should be in the top 20 percentile in 12th board or equivalent examination.
SC/ST candidates must have 65% marks.
Eligibility Criteria For Madhya Pradesh, Odisha & Uttarakhand:
Eligibility criteria differs for each of the above mentioned state. Admission will be on the basis of JEE Main rank obtained by the candidates in addition to prescribed eligibility criteria by the state admission authority.

Exam Pattern
JEE Main 2024 has Paper l for B.E/ B.Tech & Paper Ki for B.Arch/ Planning. Candidates can take either of the two or both the papers. The paper carries objective type JEE Main 2024 or multiple questions & drawing test is subjective. The duration for both the papers is 3 hours. Total marks for paper l are 360 against 90 questions. For each negative answer 1 mark will be deducted. Total marks for JEE Main Paper II are 390. Exam will be held in Hindi, English & Gujarati languages.

They need to fill the registration form carefully and JEE Main 2024 upload the scanned photograph and signature. After that agree to the declaration and then verify and submit the form.
