FYJC First Merit List 2024 Cut Off list

The candidates who will be shortlisted through the First Year Junior College First Merit List 2024 will have to report for counseling. Candidates further shortlisted through the counseling process will get admission into the 11^th standard in various higher secondary schools and junior colleges across Maharashtra. The counseling process will be conducted by the School Education and Sports Department (SESD), Pune which is governed by the Department of Education, Government of Maharashtra.

• The FYJC First Merit List is determined on the basis of the marks obtained by individuals in their SSC exams.
• The cut-off list is prepared separately by each institute. The same will be published online by different schools/colleges on the scheduled date. 

It should however be noted that the FYJC Merit List will be determined on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in their 10^th standard. But the final allotment of seats will depend on the preferences filled in by the candidates at the time of registration and also the number of vacancy available in the respective colleges.

• Th merit list will be released through the online mode only. It will be announced on the scheduled date in the homepage of the institute.
• It will be declared on the basis of the aggregate of marks scored by the candidate in their 10^th board examination.
• The Cut Off list will have the names of all the shortlisted candidates. Such candidates will have to report to the respective school or junior college allotted to each one of them within the specified time. They are requested to carry the essential documents which are required for verification.
• Classes will commence with 70% of the strength being accommodated.
• It is advisable that the candidates visit the official portal frequently to catch up with the latest updates.
