Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Chargeman – Candidates must possess Graduation Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Maths. Those who are holding diploma in appropriate discipline or trades like (Electronics / Computer / Electrical) can also apply.
Salary Structure:
Recruited Chrgeman will be paid in the pay scale of Rs 9,300 – 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4,200. This is called Pay Band II or PBII. They will be entitled to other allowances.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years.
Upper Limit = 25 years.
Age relaxation will be given for reserved category candidates as well as Central govt norms as per govt norms.
Selection Process:
Recruitment will be based on performance in the written exam. The written test will consist of 100 marks question. This will be objective in nature and negative marking will be there. Questions will come from science subjects (in degree level or in diploma level), general knowledge, general English and management supervisory skills. There will be no interview for the recruitment of chargeman post. After the written exam is over, the successful candidates have to appear in Medical Exam.
