Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Primary School Teacher – Candidates must have passed 12th or Higher Secondary for being eligible to apply for the posts. It is mandatory for the primary school teachers for having diploma in education (D.Ed) or teachers training candidates only are eligible for the posts.

Monthly Salary for Primary School Teacher in Bihar:
Recruited primary school teacher in BSSC will be given monthly salary in the pay scale of Rs 9,300 – 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4,200. Other allowances will be included in their monthly salary.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 37 years.
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of BSSC Bihar. Age will be calculated as per their reference date
