Vacancy:
Total vacancy for the TTA or Junior Engineer JE post has been decided as 2700 throughout all India. State wise vacancy list is available to download on the official advertisement. Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for BSNL JE (erstwhile tta 2024) – Candidates must have done 3 years graduation diploma engineering / B.Tech / B.E in any of the following subjects –
Telecommunications,
Electronics (ECE),
Electrical,
Radio,
Computer,
Instrumentation,
Information Technology (IT).
Yes this year BSNL said that B.Tech / B.E / M.E / M.Tech or 4 years engineering pass candidates are eligible and can apply for the BSNL Junior Engineer (JE) post along with diploma pass candidates.
B.Sc (Electronics) / B.Sc (computer science) or M.Sc (electronics) can also apply for the post.

Salary Structure:
Recruited BSNL JE will be paid in the pay scale of Rs 13,600 – 25,420. There will be no grade pay for the BSNL JE. But there are certain allowances which will be included in their monthly salary. In addition they are also entitled for medical benefit, increment etc. This is said to be IDA pay scale for non-executive NE-9 post.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 30 years.
Age limit will be calculated as on 10-08-2024. Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided for the reserved category candidates also including BSNL present employees and physically handicapped candidates.
Exam Fee:
General category – Rs 1000,
SC ST PH category – Rs 500.
