APC College Siliguri Admission Eligibility Criteria
The students passing Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent from WBCHSE / ISC / CBSE or others are eligible to apply for the B.A / B.Sc General Degree Course. For the Honours course, the following eligibility criteria is laid on –
- For admission to the Honours Programme the General category students need to score at least 50 % /55% marks in aggregate and 60% in the particular subject opted for Honours.
- If you want to take admission in Honours programme, then the candidates belonging to Reserved category like SC / ST need to score 50% / 45% marks in aggregate and 60% marks in the subject opting for Honours programme.
- For the Honours course in Computer Science, the candidates must score 55% marks in aggregate and pass marks in Mathematics. The SC / ST / OBC candidates will have to score 50% in aggregate.
- In order to seek admission in Honours Course in Economics, obtaining 55% marks in aggregate and pass marks in Mathematics, Business Economics including Business Mathematics is compulsory. The SC / ST / OBC candidates need to score 50% in aggregate with the other conditions prevailing.
