Category wise cut off marks for IPPB Prelims Exam 2017:

Qualifying marks for the online pre examination of India Post Payment Bank will be released category wise that is separately for castes of General (unreserved), SC, ST, OBC, Physically Handicapped (PH), Ex-serviceman (ESM). How Qualifying Scores will be obtained:

Below is the process of how the qualifying scores are calculated. Suppose the India Post Payment bank Officer Scale exam is held on different shifts (morning, afternoon and evening) and on different dates. The corrected scores will be obtained by each of the candidates for each different sessions. These scores will be normalized and the method which will be used for deriving the required score is equi-percentile method. IPPB Officer Scale 2017 Main Exam Cut Off:

Main Exam will also be held online on various centers. There are two types of cut off scores that is required to be cleared by a candidate for passing the main exam and they are –

  • A minimum score in each test of Online Main examination
  • A minimum total score or aggregated score.

Number of vacancy and number of candidates appeared in the main test (category wise) will also be taken into account while calculating the score.

Interview Qualifying Score:

Minimum qualifying marks in interview:

  • General = 40%
  • SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD = 35%.

The weightage (ratio) of Main exam and interview will be 80:20 respectively. Those who will not clear the minimum marks required in interview, will not qualify for the recruitment.

IPPB Officer Scale Previous Years Cut Off Marks:

IPPB is conducting the written exam for Officer Scale for the first time. The bank has been set up recently. So, currently there is no record of earlier / last years cut off marks for the IPPB Assistant manager written test. Various coaching centers have projected different probable qualifying scores for this year.
