RINL Management Trainee Educational qualifications
Candidates must have full time Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology in Electrical/ Mechanical disciplines from a university/ deemed to be university/ Institute of National Importance recognized by AICTE with minimum 60% aggregate marks in all semesters/ years and all subjects. For SC/ ST/ PWD candidates 50% in aggregate is required.
Physical criteria for MT Post
For male candidates
- Height- 150 cm
- Weight- 45 kgs
For female candidates
- Height – 143 cm
- Weight- 35kgs
Vizag Steel Management Trainee Salary structure
- Basic pay Rs 20,600 per month in the pre-revised pay scale of 20,600- 3%- 46,500
- Candidates may be placed in the pre-revised pay scale of 24,900- 3%- 50,000 after successfully completing their training.
Vizag Steel Plant MT Age limits
Candidates must not be more than 27 years.
Upper age limit is relaxable 3 years for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
Vizag Steel Plant Recruitment Examination Fee:
- General and OBC categories – Rs 500 (Plus GST @ 18%).
- SC/ ST/ PWD categories – Rs 295 (Plus @ 18%).

A) Junior Trainee Instrumentation – 19 posts

Vizag Steel Plant JT Educational Qualification Required / Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed class 10th or Matric or SSC and Full Time Diploma or ITI in relevant trades Electronics / Instrumentation for applying in the posts of Junior Trainee. For Field Assistant Trainee, Matric / SSC pass in required.
Monthly Salary for Junior Trainee (JT):
During training / probation period the JTs will be paid monthly stipend. After the probation period, Junior Trainees will be considered for appointment on probation to regular post of Technician. Then they will be paid in the pay scale of Rs 16,800-3%-24,110 (S-3 Grade). Other allowances will be included in their monthly salary.
