UP Assistant Research Officer (ARO) & Assistant Statistical Officer (ASO) Exam Pattern 2024
We will learn about the exam pattern and the UPSSSC ASO Syllabus in the points given below –
- The recruitment process for the posts of the ASO and ARO will be conducted in 2 rounds. The first round will be the written test and the candidates who will qualify in the test will be called for document verification
- The syllabus for the ASO and ARO will include topics and subjects like Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Mathematical Statistics. The other topics will include subjects like General Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh and national and international affairs and general Hindi which is a compulsory subject
- The written test will be conducted for 120 marks. Each question will contain 1 mark. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- The duration of the written exam will be 2 hours
- One optional subject should be selected for part 2 of the written exam.
