UP Police Constable Physical Eligibility Criteria Selection Process and details of Physical Standard Test (PST) and Efficiency Test (PET) have been given below. Application Form for the posts of PAC constable can be filled up from 22nd January 2024 to 22nd February 2024. Eligibility criteria of Uttar Pradesh Police Constable 2024:
The candidates passing Secondary Examination / 10th level or Higher Secondary Examination / 10+2 standard from any recognised board or equivalent are eligible to apply UP Police Constable Physical Eligibility Criteria for the post. The candidates are ought to meet the Physical Standard set by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for the recruitment of Civil Police Constable and Armed Police Constable.

The gender wise and category wise Physical Standard sought by the recruitment authority of Uttar Pradesh Police for the posts of Civil Police Constable and Armed Police Constable 2024 is furnished below for the reference of the applicants :-

General / UR / OC & OBC :
Height :168 cms (minimum)
Chest : 79 cms without expansion and 84 cms with expansion
SC / ST :
Height : 160 cms (minimum)
Chest : 77 cms without expansion and 82 cms with expansion
FEMALE :
General / UR / OC & OBC :
Height : 152 cms (minimum)
Weight : 40 kg (minimum)
SC / ST :
Height : 147 cms (minimum)
Weight : 40 kg (minimum)
Selection Process of UP Police Constable:
The recruitment will be done through the following steps :
- Step-1 : Written Examination : Objective based Written Examination comprising 300 marks will get conducted and the candidates successfully going through this test will undergo Physical Standard Test. For getting the syllabus of the test the candidates can check our web portal www.jobsandhan.com and get prepared for the test.
- Step-2 : Physical Standard Test : The Physical Standard Test (PST) will check the Height, Chest measurement of the male candidates and Height, Weight of the female candidates. After the completion of this test, the shortlisted candidates will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test.
- Step-3: Physical Efficiency Test : The male candidates are required to run for 4.8 in 25 mins and the female candidates are needed to run 2.4 kms within 14 mins to get qualified in the Physical Efficiency Test.
The candidates will have to appear for the Document verification process and Medical Examination process to get selected finally for the posts of UP PRPB Recruitment 2024.
