Uttar Pradesh DElEd / BTC Counselling session of 2023 admission | UP DElEd Allotment letter / Documents required during counselling of UP DElEd : The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has invited online application from candidates for the admission to the BTC or D.El.Ed course in the 2023 session. The students will get a chance to take admission either in the government or private colleges. Thereby the candidates must apply online first using the web link – updeled.gov.in till 28th May 2023. The UP DElEd Counselling 2023 session will be held as per the schedule announced by the board.

Issuing of UP D.El.Ed course Allotment letter / Counselling letter

After receiving the online applications, the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board will prepare a merit list and as per the rank given on the merit list, the top ranking candidates will be asked about their preference of college in the UP DElEd Counselling 2023. Thereafter the rest of the vacant seats will be filled up in the second and / third UP DElEd Counselling 2023 session conducted for the rest of the candidates of the Merit list.

The applicants will be issued with the Allotment letter in this regard. In order to get the Allotment letter, the candidates must pay 10,000 Rs. that is subjected to adjustment at the time of admission to the D.El.Ed course in the 2023 session.

After the UP DElEd Counselling 2023 Merit List, the original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be verified and thereafter the candidate list will be forwarded to the head of the respective colleges or institution for the continuation of the admission process.

The following documents will be required at the time of UP DElEd Counselling 2023 process of session –

• Original marksheet and educational certificates in support of the candidature.
• Print out of the D.El.Ed online application form and payment receipt.
• Passport size photographs.
• Residential Certificate of Uttar Pradesh, Character Certificate, Caste Certificate (for the reserved category candidates) and Medical fitness Certificate etc.
• Photocopy of all the above mentioned documents.
• ID Proof like Voter ID card / Aadhar Card / Ration Card etc.
