Following posts will be recruited in Rural Development Department in Tripura, State MGNREGA Cell, Agartala 2018 –
Block Resource Person (BRP) – 116 Posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for BRP posts – Candidates must have done graduation in any discipline and should also have 1 year working experience on social audit or financial audit or grass root level on Tripura Block Resource Person Recruitment 2024 rights based issues with working knowledge of computer. They should also have knowledge of Bengali. Those who have done post graduate diploma in Rural development related subjects are also eligible for the post.

Monthly Salary For BRP posts Tripura –
Recruited BRPs will be paid fixed monthly salary or emoluments of Rs 12,000 per month. No other allowances will be included in their salary structure.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = no limitation.
Upper Limit = 40 years.
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of Tripura Rural Development Department. Age will be calculated as on 1-09-2024.
Selection Process:
Name of shortlisted candidates up on the submitted application will be displayed on 19th September. Those who will be shortlisted will have to follow steps as mentioned here –
There will be 15 minutes written test for which will be in MCQ format. The syllabus for the written test is Rural Development schemes and general knowledge. Later there will be interview.
