2Physical & Art Education Inspector Vacancy in Cuttack SSA
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) will be recruiting Physical education and art education instructors (teachers) in the state of Odisha as per their official notification. Detailed information like eligibility criteria, selection process, vacancy list has been given below. Details of the post and vacancy:
Physical Education Instructor – 155 posts,
Art Education Instructor – 122 posts.
The art education subject has been divided into two groups, the subject wise vacancy break up list is given below.
Visual Art – 34 seats,
Performing Art – 88 seats.
Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for SSA Posts –
For Physical Education Instructor – Candidates must have done 12th (10+2) with CPED Degree or Post Graduation Degree in Professional Education & certificate issued by director of sports.
For art education instructor – Candidates must have passed BFA & BVA for the pass out students for visual art (B.Mus for Performing Art).

Salary Structure:
Recruited staffs / teacher (Instructors) will be paid in the pay scale as fixed by the SSA. Other allowances and perquisites will be included in their salary.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
Recruitment will be done for the SSA instructor posts in Odisha (Cuttack) through walk in interview. Before this candidates must check their eligibility for the posts.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper age limit = 42 years.
SC ST OBC PH Ex-serviceman candidates will be given relaxation in upper age limit. Age limit will be calculated as on the prescribed date only mentioned by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).
