RRB Assistant Loco Pilot Result 2024 Tier 1

Preparation of the Merit list of the recruitment examination of RRB ALP & Technician 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board of India will prepare the Merit list on the basis of which the candidates will be selected for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician. The preparation of the Merit list however will undergo a few steps. There will be 2 Computer Based Tests conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board of India which will be common for both the posts. The candidates bragging qualifying marks in the 1st CBT will be shortlisted for the 2nd CBT that will have 2 parts- Part-A and Part-B. Approximately 15 times candidates against the total number of seats will be selected for the 2nd CBT. Marks will be normalised in all stages of the examination.

Railway ALP Technician Result 2024

Thereafter, candidates 8 times the total number of vacancies, applying for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot will be shortlisted for the Computer Aptitude Test based on their score in the 2nd CBT. So, the final Merit list of Railway Recruitment Board for the post of ALP will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by RRB ALP Result the candidates in the Computer Aptitude Test and the Part-A of 2nd CBT where 70% weightage will be offered to the marks acquired in the 2nd CBT (Part-A) and 30% weightage to the Computer Aptitude Test. In case of the post of Technician, the Merit list will be prepared by the Railway Recruitment Board of India based on the marks acquired in the 2nd stage of CBT (Part-1) and Aptitude Test. The candidates equal to the number of vacancies will be called for the Document verification process.

Qualifying Marks of Railway Recruitment Board of India for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician 2022: The qualifying marks as declared by the Railway Recruitment Board of India for the CBT-1 and CBT-2 (Part-A) is 40% for the Unreserved category, 30% for the SC and OBC category and 25% for the ST category. For the CBT-2 (Part-B), the qualifying marks is 35% for all category of candidates.
