Odisha post MTS Selection Process 2024:
Candidates must pass aptitude test which will be conducted by the board. Following are the steps which a candidate must go through for selection –
- Aptitude test – 100 marks
No interview will be there. Aptitude Test needs to be qualified by a candidates which will be of 100 maximum marks covering the subjects/topics mentioned in the Odisha Postal MTS Syllabus 2024. Aptitude Test will be comprising of four parts (Part A, B, C(I) & C(II)).

Odisha post MTS Exam Syllabus 2024:
Odisha Postal MTS Syllabus 2024 of Aptitude test will consist of following subjects –
General Knowledge – 25 marks. Click here for General Knowledge MCQ 
Mathematics – 25 marks. Click here for Mathematics MCQ
English – 25 marks. Click here for General English MCQ
Regional Language (Odia) – 25 marks.
Language of the Question paper will be English and Odia (that is the paper will be bilingual). The test will be of objective type (MCQ) and OMR sheets will be provided for answering. 1 mark will be there for each question. 100 questions will be asked in the aptitude test.
Nagative marking:
There will be no negative marking in the Odisha postal circle Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment Aptitude test.
Final Selection / merit list 2024:
Shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of marks achieved in Aptitude test basis only.
