Nagaland Public Service Commission or NPSC has issued advertisement notification for the recruitment of PGT assistant teacher in 2024. Technicians/ Statisticians under DIETS: 05,
Post Graduate Teacher(PGT) under School Education: 36 Posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for TGT Posts – candidates must have passed post-graduation degree in relevant subjects with 55% marks. Marks relaxation is applicable for the SC ST and other reserved category candidates to 5%. Please see the post wise eligibility criteria for the Post Graduate Teachers or assistant professors.
In some posts, professional experience may also be required.

Salary Structure:
NPSC Kohima has not declared the monthly salary for the recruited PGT assistant professor. They will be given salary as per govt norms. Fixed pay scale with grade pay and allowances will be included in their monthly salary.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 21 years,
Upper Limit = 30 years.
Age restriction is same for all the posts. Age limit will be calculated as on 01-01-2024. Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided for the reserved category and ESM candidates also.
Exam Fee:
For all the candidates the application fee is same which is Rs 300. The fee is to be paid by demand draft. To whom the draft should be made payable is given on their instructions.
