Educational Qualification Required:

Eligibility for – candidates must have passed Graduation or bachelors degree. Post wise eligibility criteria has been given on the official advertisement notification. Candidates who are in their final year that is pursuing students can apply for the posts.

Monthly Salary for MP State Services posts:

Recruited group B officers in MPPSC will be paid in the monthly salary on the pay band consisting of Basic Pay : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 & 9,300 – 34,800 and Grade Pay in various scale for various posts. Other allowances will be included in their monthly salary. See the official notification to see the Salary of Group C posts.
There will be 3 types of salary scale depending upon the posts allotted to the recruited candidates and they are
1) Rs 15,600 – Rs 39,100 scale with grade pay Rs 5,400.
2) Rs 9,300 – Rs 34,800 scale and grade pay Rs 3,600.
3) Rs 5,200 – Rs 20,200 pay band with grade pay Rs 2,800.

MP SSE Age Limit:

Lower Limit = 21 years,
Upper Limit = 40 / 28 years (depending on the post you are applying for)
For police service, Commercial Tax (Excise) and other posts, candidates should be within 28 years of age.
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission. Age will be calculated as on 01-01-2024.

Physical Measurements / Standard Requirement:

For Police Dept, Excise, Jail and Transport dept, candidates must have some physical standard or minimum height chest requirement for both Female and Male candidates as notified by MPPSC. Given below are the guidelines for Height and Chest standards –

Application Fee:

Candidates must submit the application fee for MP State Service Exam 2024 Application form as described below –

•  SC/ST/OBC Candidates of Madhya Pradesh – Rs. 250.
• For other Categories – Rs. 500.

Exam Pattern:

Prelims Exam will be of 400 Marks consisting of 2 papers which are –
Paper I – General Studies (200 Marks),
Paper II – General Aptitude Test (200 Marks).
There will be preliminary and written exam for MPPSC SSE 2024. The successful candidates who will clear the cut off marks in the exam (Check the result of MP PSC State Service Exam 2016), have to appear for mains exam. On successfully passing the mains, interview will be conducted for the qualified candidates.
