Forest Services Exam 2024 Assistant Conservator Forest Ranger Recruitment MPPSC Preliminary Vacancy
Madhya Pradesh PSC has released advertisement notification for recruitment of Van kshetrapal (forest ranger) & Assistant forest conservator (van sanrakshak) in 2024. The MPPSC State Forest Service Exam advertisement number for the preliminary exam 2024 has been published through 07/EXAM/2024 dated 5-12-2024. Last date for filling up the online application has been declared as 08 January 2024. The exam date for State Service Pre Exam of Madhya Pradesh PSC 2024 has been discussed below. Total 174 posts are to be recruited in the said exam.
Details of the post and vacancy:
Following posts will be recruited in Madhya Pradesh Forest Service Exam Preliminary 2024-
Assistant Conservator of Forest – 24 posts.
Forest Ranger – 150 posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for forest ranger and assistant conservator posts in MPPSC – candidates must have passed Graduation or Bachelors degree in following department –
- Engineering in Civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics, chemical, computer or agricultural department.
- Graduation in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Computer Application (BCA / MCA), Mathematics, Geological Science, Veterinary and others.
Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary / matriculation in Science or it is mandatory to have at least one of the following subjects in their 10+2 subject – Physics, chemistry and mathematics.
Candidates who are currently pursuing that is the final year students can also apply for the post.

Monthly Salary for MPPSC Forest Services posts:
Following will be the monthly salary of the MPPSC State Forest Service Exam 2024 staffs posted in Madhya Pradesh Forest Department through Group B Forest Services Exam –

Other allowances will be included in their monthly salary.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 21 years,
Upper Limit = 28 years (depending on the post you are applying for)
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission. Age will be calculated as on 1-01-2017.
