Vacancy:
Total vacancy for the assistant engineers in ESE 2024 is 280 posts. Department and engineering subject wise vacancy break up list is given below –
AE – Civil Engineering – 122 posts,
AE (Electrical) – 3 post,
AE (Mechanical) – 15 posts,
AE (agricultural) – 140 posts.
Number of vacancy will be reserved for SC ST OBC PH category candidates of Madhya Pradesh. Please see the category wise vacancy list on their official advertisement from link given at the last.

Salary Structure of MPPSC AE :
All the recruited Assistant Engineers will be paid in the basic pay scale of Rs 15,600 – 39,100 with grade pay of Rs 5,400. Other allowances will also be included in their monthly salary as per their rules.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 21 years,
Upper Limit = 40 years for candidates of MP and 35 years for other state candidates.
Relaxation in upper age limit will provided for the reserved category candidates and ex-serviceman.

General Category and other states candidates – Rs 1200,
SC ST OBC of MP State – Rs 600.
