Educational Qualification Required:

Eligibility for MDL posts – there are various educational eligibility criteria for various posts. Some posts require diploma in mechanical / other engineering disciplines and some posts require ITI / apprenticeship / VIII pass (class 8 pass). Monthly Salary for MDSL Diploma ITI Apprentice Technical Skilled Grade posts:

Recruited technical staffs (skilled grade, semi skilled grade) will be paid monthly salary in the following pay bands –
• Rs. 7500 – 22430/- (Skilled Gr-I (IDA-5)),
• Rs. 7250 – 21630/- (Skilled Gr-I (IDA-4)),
• Rs. 6000 – 19500/- (Skilled Gr-I (IDA-2)).
Other allowances will be paid in their monthly salary.

Age Limit:

Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 33 years,
Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman as per the norms of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited Recruitment (Mazdock 2017). Age will be calculated as per their reference date.
