The bank will recruit candidates for first 2 years as management trainee, but later they have completed 2years probation period they will be posted as Officer Grade/ Scale I. Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Management Trainee – Candidates should possess graduation degree or post-graduation degree in any science / arts / b.tech / MCA / MBA or similar. But they should have secured at least 55% marks in their graduation or post-graduation examination.
They should also have working knowledge in computer.
Knowledge of Hindi and English is also mandatory for applying to this post.
Salary Structure:
In probation period of two they will be paid a consolidated sum of Rs 22,000 per month for 1^st year and Rs 27,000 for 2^nd year. After their probation period they will get monthly payment as a Scale I officer.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 21 years,
Upper Limit = 27 years.
SC ST OBC PH candidates will be given age relaxation.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
There will be online test which is objective in nature. It will consist of 200 questions each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the test is 2 hours. The language of the paper is English only. The online test for the Management Trainees will be conducted at various places. Admit card is mandatory for entering in the exam hall which will be available for download later.
Exam Fee:
Candidates are required to pay Rs 1000 as application fee.
