Karnataka Public Service Commission or KPSC has made an announcement though their official advertisement notification that recruitment will be done in Technical Post (Group-C) in various dept. The recruited staffs will be posted in various departments of State Govt of Karnataka. Around 806 vacant seats are to be filled by Karnataka PSC. In this job recruitment drive a large section of B.Tech and Diploma Engineers are being recruited. There are also numerous vacancies for ITI and other graduates. Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for the posts of JE (Junior Engineer) (Civil & Electrical) – Candidates must possess 3 years full time diploma in Engineering in relevant trades.
Work Inspector – candidates must have passed Higher secondary or 12th or SSLC to apply for this post.

Salary Structure:
Salary for the post of Civil Junior (Diploma) Engineer will be in the scale of Rs 17,650 – 32,000. No grade pay has been mentioned on their website. But other allowances will be admissible to the recruited engineers.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 35 years.
As per the rules of KPSC, age relaxation will be provided.
Selection Process:
KPSC has mentioned that there will be written screening test followed by interview. Final list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in both the exams.
Examination Fee:

SC ST Candidates of Karnataka – Rs 25.
