JRHMS 404 contractual posts recruitment by NHSRC under NHM

Public Health Vacancy in Jharkhand Health dept – Para Medical Worker, Manager post

Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS) will recruit 404 candidates in contractual Public Health Vacancy in 2024. The scheme is under NHSRC or National Health Systems Resource Centre. National Health Mission is the parent project of NHRSC which works under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India. Various coordinator, Para Medical worker, Public Health Manager is going to be recruited by JRHMS for which candidates must meet the eligibility of the post. Please study the following information regarding details of the post.
Details of the post & vacancy:
Total 64 different posts are there for which recruitment will be done in 404 vacant seats. We have given some important posts along with respective vacancies –
District Urban Health Manager – 12 posts,
Para Medical Worker (NLEP) – 100 posts,
Block program manager – 49 posts,
Public Health Manager (NUHM) – 53 posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Para Medical Worker – Candidates should have passed B.Sc or 12^th Pass with having PMW certificate.
For Public Health Manager – applicant should possess PG degree or diploma with HR or similar specialization.
For Block Program Manager – Candidates must possess Graduation or Diploma in Management in Rural Development.

Salary Structure:
As the post is contractual, they will not be entitled to basic salary and all. A wholesome monthly salary will be given in consolidated form. The payment will be different for all th 64 posts. We have given salary details for some important posts –
1) Para Medical Worker – Rs 16000.
2) State Leprosy Consultant – Rs 40000.
3) Junior Nursing tutor – Rs 30000.
Age Limit:
Upper Limit = it will depend on post, for some posts it is 37 years, 35 years, 40 years or even 38 years. Please check the official notification.
Selection Process:
In their official notification, no mention of exam pattern or selection process has been given.
