Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission or JKPSC has issued J&K Combined Competitive Service Exam 2024 (preliminary) or CCE 2024 notification. The advertisement for the junior scale J&K administrative service, police service and accounts service for gazette Group A post has been published through the official advertisement no PSC/EXM/2022/52 dated 18-06-2024. Total vacancy in JKPSC Combined Competitive exam 2024 has been declared as 277. Below is the post wise vacant seats break up list.
Junior Scale of J&K administrative service – 269 posts,
J&K Police Service (Gazetted) – 2 posts,
J&K accounts service (gazette) – 6 posts.
Seats will also be reserved for SC ST OBC Ex-serviceman Candidates.
Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for J&K administrative service & other JKPSC combined competitive exam – Candidates must have done graduation in any subject (B.tech, B.E, BA, B.Sc, BBA, BCA or any other bachelor’s degree).
Final year candidates can also appear for the exam with some criteria.
There should be some physical requirements or eligibility criteria for the J&K Police Service also, each separate for male and female.
Only permanent residents of J&K can apply for the post.

Salary Structure:
The recruited staffs will be paid in the basic pay scale of Rs 9,300 – 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4,800.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 21 years,
Upper Limit = 35 years.
Age limit will be calculated as on 1-01-2024. Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided for th reserved category candidates also.
Exam Fee:
General category – Rs 1005,
SC ST PHC category – Rs 505.
The fee is to be submitted to any branch of the J&K Bank.
