Required educational qualification for the post
Candidates must be graduate in any discipline from a recognised university/ institution with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. 55% marks is required for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
They should also have proficiency in computers.
Salary structure
Staffs recruited in the posts of IDBI Executives will be provided Consolidated remuneration as per following table –
- First year- Rs 17,000 per month
- Second year- Rs 18,500 per month
- Third year- Rs 20,000 per month
Age limits
Candidates should be minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years that is the candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1993 and not later than 01.01.1998.
Relaxation in upper age limit will be provided as per IDBI Bank Executives Recruitment 2023 Rules – Upper age limit is relatable by 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, Ex-servicemen, persons domiciled in the state of James and Kashmir during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 and persons affected by 1984 riots, 3 years for OBC (Non- creamy layer) and 10 years for persons with benchmark disabilities.
Examination fee
- SC/ ST/ PWD candidates – Rs 150
- All others- Rs 700
Selection process
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of online test.
