IB MTS Selection Process
For IB MTS Posts, the selection will be done in two steps – first step is a common online test and second step is Offline descriptive test.

There will be no interview for IB MTS Selection.

Brief Information about the tier 1 Exam Pattern of IB MTS:
- There will be negative Marking in the exam for wrong answers. .25 Marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Questions will be of objective type.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Tier 1 Exam for MTS & SA both posts are – UR-35, OBC-34, SC/ST-33 & EWS-35.
- There will be 1 mark for each right answer.
- Duration of the Online Test will be 1 hour.
MTS Tier 2 Syllabus

The Tier 2 Test will be descriptive in nature. The Tier 2 exam will be qualifying only, that means, no marks of this exam will be added for final selection of candidates.
The qualifying marks for Tier II Exam is 16 out of 40 for MTS/Gen.
