Vacancy:
Total 343 posts are there. Vacancy will be reserved for SC ST OBC PH candidates also.
Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Gram Panchayat Karmee in Birbhum – Candidates must have passed VIII or 8th class to be eligible for the post.
For Nirman Sahayak Posts – Candidates must have done Civil Engineering Diploma of 3 years. They have not decided if the B.tech or B.E is applicable for the post.
Sahayak – Those who have passed Madhyamik or 10th Class are eligible for the post.

Salary Structure:
Recruited staffs in DLSC Birbhum will be given different salary depending upon the posts. Below is the Monthly salary pay scale as decided by Birbhum District Level Selection Committee –
Gram Panchayat Karmi – Rs 4900-16200 with Grade pay Rs. 1700.
Sahayak – Rs 5400 – 25200 with Grade pay Rs. 2300.
Nirman Sahayak – 9000-40500 with GP of Rs. 4400.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years.
Upper Limit = 45 years.
Age will be calculated as on the date provided by the DLSC Birbhum. Upper age relaxation will be provided to all the reserved category candidates including ex-serviceman.
