BSG CONSTABLE TRADESMAN SELECTION PROCESS:

The candidates have to pass the selection process for the post.  The selection process will be given below in the article. The candidates have to go through many more steps for final selection.

• Physical Standard Test
• Physical Efficiency Test
• Documentation
• Trade Test
• Written Test
• Medical Examination

BSF CONSTABLE PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST DETAILS:

The candidates has to race for 5 kilometres within 24 minutes. It is the first and essential phase for selected in Border Security Force. In the second phase the commission will check the original documents. Trade Test is qualifying in nature. After qualifying Physical Efficiency Test and Documentation the candidates are eligible for Trade Test. Last but not the list Written Test and Medical Examination is the most important phase for selection.

BORDER SECURITY FORCE EXAM SYLLABUS WRITTEN TEST:

• Written Test

• Medical Examination
• The candidates will be medically examined to assess their physical and medical fitness as prescribed in the eligibility conditions as per revised medical guidelines issued by MHA.
• The candidates must have no knock knees, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes.

OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING SELECTION OF TRADESMAN:

• The written test is for 100 marks.
• The qualifying mark for written test is 33% to 35% according to the relaxation.
• OMR based objective type multiple choice questions will be asked.
• The written examination will be of 2 hours.
• The questions will be set both in Hindi/ English.
• Candidates will be called for medical examination in order of merit.
• Candidates having Tattoos will be considered as per official instructions.
