Oversee Mining Sirdar Overman Vacancy in BCCL 2024
Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) has stated through their official advertisement no 06/2024 that around 721 vacancy is going to be filled up by eligible candidates. Overseer (Civil engineer diploma), Mining Sirdar and Overman posts are there in which BCCL Recruitment 2022 will be done. The posts are basically T&S – C grade posts for the year 2022. Following posts in BCCL are there for which notification has been published –
Overseer (civil) – 66 posts,
Junior Overman – 310 posts,
Mining Sirdar – 345 posts.
SC ST OBC & PH category candidates will get reservation in vacant seats. The category wise vacancy break up can be downloaded from BCCL official website.
Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Overseer (Civil) – Candidates must have passed Diploma in Civil Engineering.
For Junior overman – Diploma in mining engineering and other valid certificates as required by BCCL.
For Mining Sirdar – Valid mining sirdar’s certificate and Gas testing & First aid certificate.

Salary Structure:
Recruited Overseer, mining sirdar and overman, all of them will be paid in the basic pay scale of Rs 19035. BCCL has not said if the salary is consolidated / fixed pay or basic pay scale. But they will be paid as per the NCWA-IX norms.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
Only written test will be conducted for the recruitment of posts in BCCL. There will be no interview for then. Those who can clear the cut off marks will be called for document verification.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 years,
Upper Limit = 30 years.
Age will be calculated as on 07-07-2024 SC ST and other category candidates will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per the BCCL rules.
Exam Fee:
General Candidates – Rs 200.
SC ST candidates need not to pay any fee.
How to Apply:
Application is to be filled up online through BCCL website. After successful form fill up process, candidates must submit payment through SBI I collect method. In this method candidates have the option to pay the fee through bank challan or online banking.
