Assam Platoon Commander Physical Eligibility Criteria (PST)
Candidates must have minimum physical eligibility criteria that is Height / Chest Requirement for being eligible to the Platoon Commander Post. During the Physical Standards Test (PST), the Minimum Physical Eligibility will be checked as per the following list –

Assam Police Platoon Commander Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details
Physical Efficiency Test For Male Candidates:
- Long Jump: 335 cm (minimum) with 3 Chances.
- Race: Those who qualify in the PST will have to appear in 1600 meters race to be completed within 450 seconds. Maximum qualifying time 450 seconds.
- Long Jump: Minimum 335 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).
Physical Efficiency Test for Female Candidates:
- Long Jump: 244 cm (minimum) with 3 chances.
- Race: Those who qualify in the PST will have to appear in 800 meters race to be completed within 240 seconds. Maximum qualifying time – 240 seconds.
- Long Jump: Minimum 244 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).
