Vacancy:
There is 300 vacant seats for filling up the posts of cabin crew. Vacancy has been reserved for male and female candidates which is as follows –
Male – 75 posts,
Female – 225 posts.

Educational Qualification Required:
Eligibility for Cabin Crew in air India – Those who are applying to the post must possess 10+2 or 12^th pass certificate from a recognized institution. If any person is having degree or diploma in hotel management or in catering then he / she will be given preference.
Other Requirements:
Candidates must meet physical standards required by air India including vision of prescribed standards. They should also have fluency in English and Hindi.

Salary Structure:
Recruited staffs will be paid in following manner –
During training they will get Rs 15,000 as gross emoluments.
After completion of training a consolidate salary of approximately Rs 35,075 (initial) will be given which will include Rs 16,675 fixed pay and Rs 18,400 as flying allowance for flying 70 hours in a month.
Other allowance like standby allowance and international flights allowance will be included in their monthly salary as and when applicable.
Age Limit:
Lower Limit = 18 Years.
Upper Limit = 27 years.
OBC and SC/ST candidates will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per the govt norms.
Selection Process / Exam Pattern:
Trainee Cabin Crew in Air India Recruitment 2024 will be done on the basis of GD (group dynamics) and PAT (personality assessment test). Later written test will be conducted for those who has passed the GD & PAT. Syllabus for the written test will be notified to the candidates later.
Exam Fee:
Candidates have to make a demand draft of Rs 1000 for applying to the post.
